Concept of BMU's contributions to the Federal Government's Energy Efficiency Export Initiative

As of: March 2021

The project included as a first step an analysis of the challenges German companies face when exporting equipment and services in the field of energy efficiency and a review of previous promotional activities by government agencies and industry. The contractor developed proposals for measures and projects within the framework of the Energy Efficiency Export-Initiative. On the one hand, the proposals of the study were aimed at German companies and addressed the question of how a stronger commitment can be achieved in selected partner countries. On the other hand, the demand and need for energy-efficient products in the partner countries was analysed, as well as the political and legal framework conditions in the field of energy efficiency in the respective partner countries.
