Energy Efficiency in the Chinese Industry
As of: January 2021
This project identified and advised energy efficiency projects in energy-intensive industries in China, such as, iron and steel, chemicals, cement and paper industries. The project also provided expert knowledge on energy efficiency to the relevant actors, which generated a sustainable impact beyond what can be achieved by the individual measures. The DEG Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft GmbH evaluated appropriate funding for implementing the measures identified.
