Establishing the Patagonia National Park to Protect Climate, Landscape and Biodiversity

As of: June 2021

Working in collaboration with the NGO Conservación Patagonica and the responsible Chilean governmental partners CONAF and CONAMA, the project established a Patagonia National Park. These efforts were intended to permanently secure the CO2 sinks in this region by conserving and renaturalising habitats and natural spaces, providing environmental educational measures, and attracting tourism to the future Patagonia National Park.
