Health Adaptation to Climate Change
As of: November 2020
The project was part of a seven-project programme implemented by WHO and aimed at strengthening the country’s capacity to identify the health-related risks of climate change. The outcome of the project was the development of a National Adaptation Strategy, which included mapping health risks through a health impact assessment in the country. A further aim was that the project should build local capacity by training specialists and increase the in-formation material available in the Kazakh language.
