NAMAs in the Transportation Sector: Scoping Study

As of: November 2020

For years, the transport sector did not feature prominently in the international debate on reducing greenhouse gases. The project put mitigation in the transport agenda higher up on the agenda of international negotiations under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. It conducted case studies in developing countries to assess the mitigation potential in the sector and developed policy recommendations for decision-makers.
