Study
The CRED Sectoral Policy Brief on Economy-wide Effects of Adaptation in Agriculture in Georgia informs about macroeconomic implications of investments in two exemplary adaptation measures to climate change in the agriculture sector, namely irrigation systems and windbreaks. The analysis shows that investments in adaptation provide co-benefits by reducing climate change-related damages as well as contributing to increasing crop yields from which up- and downstream industries benefit.
