The Regulation of the Framework Law on Climate Change is an instrument that strengthens the governance and multisectoral, multilevel and multiactor institutionality to face climate change in Peru. Emphasis was placed on the participation of indigenous peoples because they are the groups most affected by climate change, with indigenous women receiving most of the negative impact.
