Safe food and medicine with uninterrupted cold chains

Ever thought about how fresh food gets to your plate from its source in nature? It has to stay cool, or it will perish. In countries with warm climate this is a challenge. If it gets too warm, the food can spoil, consuming it can be dangerous, and much of it may have to be thrown away. The same is true for most medicines – especially vaccines – they have to be kept cool, or they become ineffective. This brochure sheds light on the different components of cold chains and their challenges.
