Seminar 2 focuses on the AFOLU sector (Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use).

To capture the overarching mitigation effects of the International Climate Initiative (IKI), IKI projects have to report their direct and/or indirect mitigation effects through “Standard Indicator 1 – Mitigation”. In doing so, they have to apply internationally recognised methodologies and make transparent any assumptions or parameters used in the IKI Standard Indicator Report (Excel Tool).

As a support for IKI projects, the IKI together with The Greenwerk and Perspectives Group provides four online seminars on Standard Indicator 1 – Mitigation with a focus on different sectors.
