Jobs&Skills4Climate: Country Action on Green Jobs & Skills for a Low-Carbon and Climate-Resilient Economy
The transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy requires more green jobs and the relevant skills in the partner countries. The project supports them in gaining practical evidence and developing scalable approaches that combine investment in green skills with climate and socio-economic benefits. It links national climate and labour policies, supports local training programmes and promotes international knowledge exchange to ensure the participation of women and youth. It embeds tangible economic and social benefits within the transition and contributes to policy sustainability by fostering broader public support. The project shares the insights gained and scalable approaches across the partner countries.
