During the 2015 to 2020 reporting years 19 IKI projects achieved direct savings of nearly  7 million tonnes CO2 equivalent    …54 IKI projects provided direct support to more than 1 million people for adaptation to the impacts of climate change and the protection of ecosystems   …32 IKI projects improved the protection and conservation of ecosystems on 15.7 million ha of land and along 203 km of coastline
