15 years of IKI - Committed to the planet and the people

At COP28, we would like to look back with our community of implementing organisations on “15 years of IKI - Committed to the planet and the people”, celebrating together what we have achieved and learned so far. However, we will also look ahead with our recently finalised IKI Strategy which will shape the future of the IKI.

We will start with inputs from the three IKI-ministries, Federal Ministry for the Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) as well as the Federal Foreign Office (AA). Afterwards, we will invite the participants to discuss with the IKI ministries in a Fishbowl format. We look forward to hearing the different experiences and insights from the past, and many visions for the next 15 years of the IKI.
