This M&E plan was developed through a very inclusive and consultative process involving project stakeholders and partners,
- to ensure that all project stakeholders and partners are aware of the project's goal, outcomes and deliverables
- to establish a common understanding of how the progress is to be measured, by whom and the reporting requirements on the deliverables
- to enhance accountability and coordination amongst stakeholders and partners
- to support successful implementation of the project.
