The SPARK walkability and cyclability assessment methodology provides an evidence-based approach to the assessment of active mobility conditions on the city-, neighbourhood-, or site level. This tool was developed to support the baseline assessment of the SPARK project 'Sparking active mobility actions for climate-friendly cities'. The tool is piloted in Pasig, and Quezon City, the Philippines to guide pilot interventions and policy guidance on active mobility.
