This project has been evaluated by an independent team of consultants at around mid-point of implementation, regarding the criteria relevance, planning/steering/coherence, effectiveness, transformative impact and sustainability, IKI safeguards and IKI standard indicators in order to provide all stakeholders with information on the status of implementation as well as recommendations for improvement.
