The programme Estrategias de Adaptación al Cambio Climático Basadas en Ecosistemas en Colombia y Ecuador (Programa Regional AbE) is part of the International Climate Initiative (IKI) funded by the Federal Ministry of the Environment, Nature Protection, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB). The programme implements the Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) approach with the objective of reducing vulnerability and increasing the resilience of populations and ecosystems to climate change.
