The SPARK Project promotes active mobility strategies, policies and practices that help avoid greenhouse gas emissions, improve safe connectivity, and foster climate-friendly mobility through community-driven strategies in two cities in the Philippines: Quezon City and Pasig City. It uses tactical urbanism to test ideas for long-term transformation and open data for democratized and informed decision-making.
