IKI Medium Grants 2021

Status of the procedure

The selection of project ideas for the IKI Medium Grants 2021 has been completed. Within the first selection stage, 183 outlines were submitted in the ideas competition. Nine project outlines were invited to prepare a detailed project proposal within the second selection stage.

Submissions were possible in the period from 25 February 2021 to 25 May 2021. 

Funding priorities

The 2021 call of the IKI Medium Grants focuses on resilience of local populations in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change adaptation, as well as on strengthening participatory processes for ambitious climate action.

During the second selection stage the following project outlines were invited to elaborate their project ideas in a detailed project proposal.

Online seminars

As part of the call of project ideas, two online seminars conducted in English were be offered for interested organisations, to give an overview of the IKI Medium Grants programme and selection procedure. 

First online seminar: 18 March 2021, 14:00 – 16:00 Hrs (CEST)
