Examples to Follow! Expeditions in Aesthetics and Sustainability

The travelling exhibition ‘Examples to Follow! Expeditions in aesthetics and sustainability’, curated by Adrienne Göhler and supported by the Stiftung Forum der Kulturen zu Fragen der Zeit, was shown in Lima to coincide with the UNFCCC COP 20. Various project partners were involved in organising the exhibition as well as its extensive fringe programme. Through installations of a high artistic standard, the internationally touring exhibition thematised climate protection from a non-technical perspective and made a direct appeal to the visitors’ feelings. Working together to ensure the exhibition’s success were the Goethe-Institut Lima and the Instituto de Ciencias de la Naturaleza, Territorio y Energías Renovables of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
