Building bridges between sustainability, inclusion, and the market: the role of socio-environmental indices in family farming

The event “Building Bridges between Sustainability, Inclusion and Markets: The Role of Socioenvironmental Indexes in Family Farming” is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA) and the German Development Bank – KfW, and will take place on November 19, 2025, from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

The panel aims to foster debate on practices and pathways toward sustainable and resilient agriculture, addressing topics such as funding sources and resources to support socioenvironmental compliance, productive integration and regional inclusion, as well as mechanisms that enhance the value of family farming production through the adoption of socioenvironmental indexes.
