SHIFT is a joint initiative that underscores a shared commitment to mobilize green investment, enhance green finance delivery and advance the energy transition in Viet Nam. The project is managed by the Ministry of Finance, in close collaboration with the State Bank of Viet Nam. It is implemented by six organisations, with GIZ leading the concerted effort.
