The report introduces, but also reviews the development of adaptation strategies in Germany and the EU. It furthermore provides good practices and lessons learned within climate change policies. The report additionally discusses the technical outline for indicator development. Each indicator is accompanied by its own fact sheet. Therefore, complementary to his report, seven fact sheets have been prepared.
