How can soils and water springs be protected? How does agriculture influence fragile ecosystems? And what happens to forests, which are threatened by urban expansion?

REDD+ Landscape/ CCAD-GIZ shows with its Landscape Restoration Initiative how endangered ecosystems can be protected, improved and restored. The animated video illustrates the programme’s approaches for the challenges of humans, the environment and nature in the Pacific Central Conservation Area in Costa Rica.
