Climate and Biodiversity Action through Circular Economy Solutions (CB-ACES)
The project seeks to address the challenges of climate change and biodiversity loss by fostering a just transition to a circular economy. In the partner countries it develops and implement circular solutions across key sectors and associated global value chains. By reducing the need for raw materials and new products, the circular economy alleviates pressure on natural ecosystems, helping to mitigate climate change and biodiversity loss. The project is designed to generate positive impact by combining policy support with knowledge sharing, capacity building, business model development and investment facilitation. Digital tools and nature-based solutions will underpin these efforts. Through its integrated approach, the project aspires to create lasting change and contribute to a broader shift toward more equitable and environmentally responsible economic systems globally.
