Support to Rising Nations Initiative (RNI)

The Rising Nations Initiative (RNI) aimes to advance efforts to protect the statehood of Pacific island states, safeguard their sovereignty and protect the rights and heritage of affected populations. The project aimed to ensure that Pacific Atoll Island States have blueprints for policy decisions. These were supported by scientific research and public consultations on adaptation and promoting resilience. This was embedded in a global agenda to protect their statehood, safeguard their sovereignty and the rights and heritage of affected populations. Tuvalu played a pilot role here.
