Support to Rising Nations Initiative (RNI)

The project supports the implementation of The Rising Nations Initiative (RNI). The RNI aims to advance efforts to protect the statehood of Pacific island states, safeguard their sovereignty and protect the rights and heritage of affected populations. The project aims to ensure that Pacific Atoll Island States have blueprints for policy decisions. These will be supported by scientific research and public consultations on adaptation and promoting resilience. This is embedded in a global agenda to protect their statehood, safeguard their sovereignty and the rights and heritage of affected populations. Tuvalu will play a pilot role here.
