NDC 3.0 Guidebook for Industrial Decarbonization – Volume 2

Volume 2 of the NDC 3.0 Guidebook provides a structured framework to identify and implement industrial decarbonization pathways. It is built around five building blocks: material efficiency, energy efficiency, low-carbon energy and feedstocks, electrification and process change, and carbon capture, utilization and storage. The guidebook includes decision trees to guide context-specific measures and frameworks to help countries design and scale effective mitigation actions.
