The Call 2026 covers two thematic priorities:
Thematic priority I: Green skills for local climate action
We are looking for projects that combine local climate action with economic development and social inclusion. The focus is on practical approaches such as community-based renewable energy, sustainable agriculture and low-emission construction methods. At the same time, the aim is to teach green skills, create new income opportunities and, in particular, empower women, young people and marginalised groups.
Thematic priority II: Future proof coasts: digital and practical solutions for marine ecosystems
We are looking is provided for projects that contribute to the protection and restoration of marine and coastal ecosystems. The focus is on locally-rooted stewardship approaches, the use of easily accessible digital solutions for biodiversity monitoring, and the greater involvement of local communities in conservation and management measures. The aim is to promote evidence-based decision-making and to strengthen the long-term resilience of coastal ecosystems and coastal communities.
