The Flagship Report of the Global Initiative on Jobs & Skills for the New Economy, launched at COP30, is designed for decision-makers in government, business, and civil society who are shaping countries’ transitions to a low-carbon, resilient economy. It delivers new analysis on how adaptation to the realities of climate change, technological innovation, demographics and geopolitics affects people, skills and labour markets and presents an Action Agenda for a people-centered climate transition.
