This policy synthesis is one of three resources developed under the Climate Resilient East Atlantic Flyway (CREAF) project to support gender-responsive conservation. Drawing on a review of partner policies and practices, it identifies common strengths and gaps and proposes a shared approach aligned with the IKI Gender Strategy. The document also includes a self-reflection tool to support institutional learning and continuous improvement.
