This documentary presents the sacred forests of western Cameroon, areas of biodiversity protected by ancestral Bamileke practices. Through contributions from researchers, forestry officials and community representatives, the FLR-AREECA project highlights the role of local agreements in restoring these ecosystems and integrating traditional knowledge into sustainable management approaches.
