PEEB Cool: boosting green and resilient buildings in hot climates
Buildings are responsible for 37% of energy-related greenhouse gas emissions. Energy use for space cooling is expected to double by 2040. PEEB Cool is a PEEB initiative that will tackle this challenge by promoting sustainability in buildings and construction in hot countries. Thanks to support from the Green Climate Fund, it will advance resilient and energy-efficient building design, construction, and operation in eleven partner countries around the globe.
