The FAO–UNDP SCALA programme is helping Cambodia build climate-resilient, low-emission agrifood systems. Through livestock assessments, enhanced satellite mapping, and strengthened national climate plans, SCALA supports ecosystem-based adaptation, evidence-based policies, and green investments to drive transformative action in agriculture, biodiversity, and land management.
