Bridging the gap between policy and action is key to effective climate adaptation. The Climate Action Review (CAR) Tool, developed by FAO and UNDP under the SCALA programme, helps align practical measures with long-term climate planning and commitments, including nationally determined contributions and national adaptation plans.
