The focal point of this study rests in the assessment of the ecosystem services rendered by the Chakpi River. It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Chakpi River and its encompassing environment within the Lambung, Mantri Pantha, Japhou and Monsang Pantha villages of the Manipur region. This research spans ecological, cultural, and socio-economic dimensions, seeking to understand the multifaceted interactions between the Chakpi River and the communities that depend upon it.
