Developed through extensive collaboration beteen the Partnership for Energy Efficiency in Buildings (PEEB), the FiCS Coalition for Social Investment, and 15 development banks, this practical guide equips public development banks (PDBs) with the methodologies, tools, and case studies needed to integrate energy efficiency measures to social infrastructure projects. Through dedicated financial instruments, PDBs enable the savings and enhanced service delivery from energy efficient buildings.
