This project has been evaluated by an independent team of consultants at mid-point of implementation, regarding the criteria relevance, planning/steering/coherence, effectiveness, transformative impact and sustainability, in order to provide all stakeholders with information on the status of implementation as well as recommendations for improvement. The report solely represents the opinion of the independent evaluation team.
