The study analyses how to advance Kenya's Power-to-X sector by upskilling university and vocational training staff, improving professional development and fostering industry-academia collaboration. Key initiatives include providing workshops, industry exchanges, internships, and tailored training programmes to address skill gaps. Efforts can also be directed towards enhancing apprenticeship programmes, and on-the-job training.
