This policy brief focuses specifically on the financing dimension of tactical urbanism. It explores financing pathways, including local budget allocation, national support, public–private partnerships, and community-led initiatives. It assesses the enabling and constraining factors for resource mobilization. The analysis incorporates insights from community surveys and focus group discussions conducted in two pilot sites: Maginhawa Street in Quezon City and A. Mabini Street in Pasig City.
