Each stakeholder group in Kenya’s shipping sector has distinct concerns and interests, such as government ministries’, departments’, and agencies’ focus on creating an enabling environment for Power-to-X (PtX) projects, private sector concerns about investment costs and regulatory uncertainty, international organisations' emphasis on alignment with global standards, and community-based organisations' advocacy for inclusive development that benefits local communities.
