This Action Plan details a participatory approach to conserve/sustainably manage aquatic resources in Manipur's Chakpi River, focusing on Lambung, Monsang Pantha, Mantri Pantha, & Japhou villages. It identifies sections for rejuvenation, establishes conservation zones, enhances habitats, and reduces resource pressure through alternative livelihoods. Building on surveys, it empowers communities via engagement, decision-making and citizen science monitoring, while fostering partner collaboration.
