Voices from the Lusophone Cluster: Ten years of climate transparency
Created during COP22 in 2016, the Lusophone Cluster has united Portuguese-speaking countries in advancing climate transparency. In this video, participants reflect on a decade of peer learning, technical training, and cooperation to strengthen transparency systems and prepare for the Enhanced Transparency Framework under the Paris Agreement. Their experiences highlight the value of regional collaboration, shared capacity building, and growing climate ambition.
