Developed as part of the IKI-supported Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition (ALCBT) project, this report presents findings from a comprehensive energy assessment of 250 buildings in Phnom Penh and Kandal Province. It identifies viable energy efficiency measures, quantifies feedback periods and return on investment, and estimates carbon emissions using the Building Emission Assessment Tool.
