Major emissions come from fertiliser use, diesel-powered transport, refrigeration, and air freight. This study examines Power-to-X technologies and their potential for decarbonising the value chain through green ammonia, Sustainable Aviation Fuel, e-methanol, and ammonia-based refrigeration.
