This guide, developed under the SCALA programme, provides a practical framework for agrifood companies to strengthen supply chain resilience to climate risks and reduce emissions. Aligned with NDCs and NAPs, it helps businesses turn net-zero and resilience goals into action through four steps: secure management commitment, implement adaptation strategies, reduce GHGs, and track progress for continuous improvement.
