The SCALA 2024 Highlights Report showcases progress across 12 partner countries. SCALA teams conducted systems-level assessments to enhance climate policies, mobilized private sector partnerships, and advanced financing solutions for climate action. Countries made strides in aligning National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) and Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) while integrating climate priorities into national and sectoral plans.
