A Home for Every Heart
The homestay at Ban Pa Kia began with the will to share community’s simple way of life with outsiders. From initial uncertainty about visitors’ interest, to creation of a shared cultural learning space. Relationships that emerge from exchange, learning, and openness allow the community to see its own value more clearly. The new generation of villagers share the inspiration that drove them to return to community and invite youth to experience the charm of traditional ways of life.
