Ecological Footprint

Do you think we will be able to survive in the growing years? Do you think Earth will be able to satisfy us with our advancing demands every day? Do we know how many natural resources we use in each bite of our food, each mile we travel by car or each new pair of shoes or clothes we buy? This short film talks about the different lifestyles we humans live and the number of earths needed to sustain that particular lifestyle according to the ecological footprint individually it creates.
This short film was developed by the media students of Xavier Institute of Communication - Mumbai, under the Indo-German project ‘Conservation and Sustainable Management of Coastal and Marine Protected Areas (CMPA)’.
