Julie Teng from UNDP explains how the SCALA project supports developing and emerging countries in implementing Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and National Adaptation Plans (NAPs). Funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI), the programme strengthens implementation in agriculture and land use.
