Thematic selection procedure 2020

Status of the procedure

The selection of project ideas for the thematic selection procedure 2020 has been completed. We received 248 project ideas. 14 project outlines were selected to proceed to the second stage of the procedure. All participants were informed about the results by email.

Submissions were possible in the period from 11 November 2020 to 10 March 2021.With this call the IKI was looking for project outlines with a funding volume of 5 to 30 million euros each for a total of 13 key topics.

Overview – funding priorities and selected outlines

The following 14 project outlines were selected to proceed to the second stage of the selection procedure and have been invited to prepare a detailed project proposal.

There is no claim for funding. The final funding decision is based upon the assessment of the project proposal and the availability of federal budget.
