Capacity Building Needs Assessment for Energy Transition Progress in Viet Nam

This study assesses capacity building needs for Viet Nam's energy transition (ET), identifying gaps in legal frameworks, institutional capacities, and stakeholder roles. It aims to provide actionable measures to enhance governance, implementation, and support for renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency, ensuring effective participation and performance of key actors in the ET process.
